A friend of mine recommended Maxine to help us sell our house in Del Mar. I thought that she would be good, but I never expected the incredible job she did. Our house had been rented for the past forty years. The wear and tear in it was huge. Maxine knew who to contact to buy it, she knew how to deal with a tenant we had who was very reluctant to leave. and she got it sold in about a month's time, which was not the time needed for her to find the right buyer , but for our tenant to leave. She went beyond the call of duty in helping us navigate the forms we needed to fill and to make sure we had all our questions answered and our needs fulfilled. With years of experience- she’s knowledgeable, hard working, responsive and patient. I was looking for a house with my parents and doing a lot of the research (of potential places) remotely, as I was visiting my brother and niece in Portland. So, my parents were looking and sending a bunch of places to Maxine at the same time I was.
